Care Network is a local charity providing the residents of Blackburn with Darwen with a range of services that promote independent living and wellbeing.
Situated in Blackburn Central Library, Care Network is a welcoming place for all people in the borough. We can help you with:

- Fun groups & activities
Keeping your home safe & warm – our Healthy Homes projects offers all adults and families expert knowledge, advice and support to help you to achieve a warm, hazard-free and energy-efficient home.
A unique safe trader scheme – we have over 80 local businesses that have been through our rigorous quality assurance checks and specialist training so that vulnerable people in Blackburn with Darwen can arrange for home improvements easily and with peace of mind.
Learning Disability & Autism support & more…
We also deliver a number of projects for people with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities, and Autism in Blackburn with Darwen and we host the local partnership boards for these communities.
